Day whatever - a sweet surprise.
Thanks to @lydiette I end the day with a piece beautiful red velvet cake from Convivium. It’s soft and moist with enough combination of sweetness and a taste of shaved cheese on top. Unlike their cupcakes, this experience did not give me migraine aura.
And so the search for a true red velvet cupcake of happiness continues…

I had the opportunity to go out and rub shoulders with cool music photographers, thanks to @streetbandits, during a Superglad album launch concert. Took pics of the concertgoers instead. Youthful, pencil jeans, Converse, Nike and the most common fashion item of all: BLACKBERRY.
I am grateful to be a part of this, the backstage, the new people, the smell of young blood.

Day whatever - Not much of a Harley fan especially in Jakarta, but I was much impressed with the museum and the hundreds of motorcycle designs since before the world war. I am grateful to be able to go there at least once in my lifetime and witness the passion that lives in the brand, and with the visitors who came to pay homage to the symbol of freedom and 20th century pop culture

Day whatever, though I remember it to be May 24. The highlight of the first half of 2011, working and learning with the best people out there. I came back recharged and feeling empowered. Whatever the outcome, I wouldn’t trade meeting these people for the world.

Day whatever - I have always envied those who can pull off a Converse (or its look-alike) and make it Kate Moss pretty. Imagine my frustration in Paris where almost everyone wears skinny jeans, simple Converse and look like they’re just off the runway
I am grateful for there are other brands that fit my chubby toes and hiking-worthy ankles.
